The tent is made of heat-resistant, water-repellent material with a good insulation layer, so the heat stays in.

No, the sauna is designed for easy use. With the included manual you can get started right away.

Yes, the tent is designed for all seasons and stays insulated even in cold outdoor temperatures. In winter, place it somewhere sheltered and dry the tent thoroughly after use.

Shipping is free within the Netherlands and Belgium for all sauna packages. For accessories we charge €6.95 shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium, except for sauna oil — that always ships free.

Yes, as soon as your package ships you'll receive track-and-trace by email.

The sauna sets up in about 5 minutes. You don't need any tools. A manual is included.

Place the sauna on flat, stable ground with enough clear space around the stove and chimney. Wood or stone tiles are fine, but not required.

Yes, as long as the sauna has cooled down and the stove is no longer burning.

Not required. We do recommend storing it dry if you won't be using it for a while.

With the stakes and guy lines properly anchored, the tent is stable in normal weather conditions. We advise against use at wind force 4 or higher.

A compact wood stove made of 430 stainless steel, specially designed for sauna use. There's room for sauna stones on top.

Use dry, untreated wood. This gives even heat and minimal smoke. Every Wellness+ and Complete package includes a bag of wood as standard.

Through the included chimney, safely above the tent. The tent has air vents for extra circulation.

Removing ash regularly and cleaning it occasionally is enough.

Yes, extra chimney sections are available separately if you want to extend the flue.

Depending on conditions, the sauna reaches temperatures of up to 100 °C.

The tent is water-repellent and suitable for outdoor use, but not meant to be stored wet for long periods.

Many accessories are universal and also usable with other saunas.

Yes, you have a 30-day cooling-off period after receipt. Products should be in good condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your own responsibility. Read the full procedure on our returns & shipping page.

Yes, you'll receive the full purchase amount including the original standard shipping cost back, within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal at the latest.

Yes: 2 years warranty on the stove and 1 year on the tent, from the delivery date, per our terms and conditions.

No, since the sauna isn't permanently installed, no building permit is required. For holiday parks and campsites, we recommend always checking. Note: some municipalities have wood-burning restrictions.
