Coverage

What's covered under warranty?

Covered

  • Material and manufacturing defects in the wood stove and the sauna tent
  • Parts that fail under normal use within the warranty period
  • Defects that were already present at the time of delivery

Not covered

  • Damage from misuse, careless maintenance, or intentional damage
  • Self-repairs or modifications by unauthorized third parties
  • Normal wear and discoloration from weather exposure
  • Rust from salt water or insufficient cleaning of the stove
  • Damage from not following the safety and usage instructions

This commercial warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. If your statutory rights go further than what's listed above, your statutory rights always apply.

How it works

A warranty claim or repair in 3 steps.

  1. Step 01

    Get in touch

    Email aymar@moosse.nl with your order number, a description of the issue, and a few photos. We reply within one business day.

  2. Step 02

    We assess it

    We check whether it's a material or manufacturing defect, and whether it falls within the warranty period.

  3. Step 03

    Repair, replacement, or refund

    If the claim is valid, we repair or replace the part, or refund you: whichever helps fastest in your situation.
